The Narrative Television Network provides a vital service for millions of Americans including those who are blind or visually impaired. By making television available for people with special needs, the network gives them an opportunity to appreciate all the information and entertainment that television provides.
The script and sceenwriters who are being honored for their innovation and skill should be proud of their achievements, and I commend them for their commitment to helping others.
