Dear Mr. Stovall:
Congratulations on the 10th Anniversary of the Narrative Television Network. I have heard good things about work you are doing.
During the 50 years that I have spent in radio-television and documentaries of all kinds, I have experienced the gratitude of handicapped people all over the world when they are able to enjoy a performance more fully through work done by people like you. I was surprised to receive many letters from the foreign-born around the world who were learning to speak English by listening to my broadcasts via the Armed Forces Radio Services and I have participated in doing work for the Braille Institute in bringing various documentaries to the blind people of our country. So I feel a kinship with your organization and I hope you will have many more years of busy, productive and inspiring work in this field.
